Meeting Room Bookings for 2019

We have been told that our 3 new meeting rooms will be ready to use from Friday 2 February 2019. Please email your request for the use of the meeting rooms with the following information:
- All dates needed for 2019, including if you break for the school holidays
- Time neede from and to
- Contact name, mobile, and email of the leader
- What your meeting/group is for
- Size of your group. We need this information so we can allocate you the correct sized room for the year.
Please put your request in writing and email it to Nicole.email@example.com by Thursday 20 December.
PLEASE NOTE: Your current booking will not automatically be rolled over to 2019.
